Eligibility
To be considered for our Valor Journey and Valor Bridge programs, you must meet the following requirements:

- be recently separated (within the last 5 years) or preparing to separate from the U.S. Armed Forces with an honorable discharge
- reside or plan to reside in the Front Range / Denver Metro Area (including Ft Collins, Boulder and Colorado Springs)
We are a good fit for Veterans who are ready and motivated to pave civilian career paths but aren’t quite sure how to navigate the business world. We seek out community-minded individuals who are interested in giving back when they are in a position to do so.
If you would like to receive training on navigating the transition to the civilian sector, connect with a mentor in your field of interest, gain access to a network of professionals poised to answer your questions, share your journey with a group of peers and obtain funding for a career-enhancing activity, you should consider applying to our program. We are always accepting expressions of interest and excited to tell you about our programs and their specific application deadlines.
Application Process
Thank you for your interest in our programs! We work with recent or soon-to-be Veterans who are committed to building their professional lives in the civilian sector and have demonstrated leadership skills. Additionally, our Associates and Fellows are individuals who believe in giving back, people who we can envision to be future mentors in, supporters of and/or partners of our organization.
To be considered for our program:
Step 1: Complete the Expression of Interest Form to learn more, and schedule an informational call or meeting.
Step 2: Complete our application form, which we will send to you.
Once we have received and reviewed all applications, we will select semi-finalist candidates and invite each to an in-person or virtual interview. The final cohorts will be selected from this pool of semi-finalists.
